Britains largest indoor carriage driving show, organised by Brockham Harness Club, is at the South of England Showground, Ardingly, W. Sussex on Sunday 14th March and celebrates its 14th year.The show offers carriage driving enthusiasts and newcomers to the sport the excitement of a live sporting event with all the entertainment of top quality attractions and has become recognised as the start of the driving season.
The programme in the main arena starts at 10am and combines thrilling competition, instructional & informative displays and sheer entertainment from the countrys leading carriage drivers & equestrian personalities. There will be a large range of trade stands & full bar & catering facilities under cover and with free parking & free admission for children under12 its the perfect family day out.
Tickets: On
the door prices have been held at last years rates of £12 for adults and
£6 for 12s to 16s. (Under 12s are free). Tickets are available on the door, but

Main arena attractions include The Devils Horsemen, International Horse Team
competition, The Hackney Horse Display Team, Lusitanos in action, Private Driving, Heavy
Horse Power, Scurry Competition, Breed Displays, Driving for the Disabled, The Gary
Docking Hackney Experience, Trade Vehicles, Musical Drive, British Young Drivers,
Masterclass and theres the Suck it & See Hour,
a chance to drive a single under the expert supervision.
And to celebrate 25years of Eastenders the very hearse that took Archie
Mitchell on his final journey will be making an appearance in the main arena during the
afternoon and on show on the Brockham stand all day.
Chance for every visitor to
win a new Tedex harness kindly donated by Fiona Tedman of Zilco Europe in the Grand Draw +
many other wonderful prizes.
A craft and collectors fair will also support the show this year to make it the perfect
family day out.
The BHDTA & BDS will have stands at the show giving out information to potential new
members and catching up with existing members, full range of merchandise, rule books etc.
will all be available for purchase.
